Expander for main Comintern mixer module. Provides outputs so that the main mixer can perform as 4 independent active attenuators in parallel with the mixer duties as well as 4 offsets + 1 in 3 out active multiple. 
Offset provided is 0 to 5V. This function can be turned off if wanted by taking off the jumper on the main mixer module.
